StoryKeepr collects information you provide when creating an account, including your email address and password. When you use the platform to manage your books, audiobooks, and author profiles, we store the content you provide such as book titles, descriptions, cover images, and author bios.
We also collect basic usage data including page views, link clicks, and campaign analytics on public book and author pages to provide you with performance insights.
When you register for StoryKeepr, we require email verification to confirm your identity. We also send transactional emails for password resets, email address changes, and important account notifications. These are essential service communications and are not marketing emails.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Email changes require verification, and password changes trigger confirmation notifications. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your Account Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
